Re: Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting

Please be informed that the 2019 AGM is scheduled to be held on Saturday April 6, and the meeting agenda is herewith attached. The annual membership fee of this year will be waived.

The office of the current Executive Committee will end after this meeting.  As listed in the 4^th item of the meeting agenda, I would like to call for nomination from interested members to sit for this election. Please submit your name for election to the Secretary Winston Chiu by email before March 30. We would appreciate very much to have new blood joining the Executive Committee.
